Cold Nose Couture will never sell or share your contact information with any outside entity. All information is kept in the strictest confidence. We require personal information only for the purpose of verifying credit card purchases and delivery requests.
Sales Tax Information
Cold Nose Couture is required by Florida law to charge Florida residents 6.0% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the State of Florida. All orders shipped outside of Florida are not taxable.
Shipping
Cold Nose Couture offers UPS Ground delivery (arriving in 2-7 business days). We also offer UPS overnight, Second Day or Third Day Air delivery. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the purchase price. Each package shipped by Cold Nose Couture will be insured for full value with a signature required for delivery. If you would prefer your order to be released and delivered without a signature, please send your request in e-mail form to service@coldnosecouture.com after submitting your order. Please note that Cold Nose Couture cannot take responsibility for the delivery of packages that do not require a signature.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 21 days from the delivery date, as long as the item(s) are in their original condition and have not been worn. Refunds for items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, not to exceed $15.00. The restocking fee covers the credit card processing fee. Please contact service@coldnosecouture.com to request a return/exchange and be sure to include your order number and date. All returns/exchanges must be authorized prior to return. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Cancellation of orders:
Please contact service@coldnosecouture.com to cancel your order. Be sure to include the order number and date. If your order has not yet been shipped we will refund the entire amount to your credit card (shipping charges and taxes, if applicable, are included).
Out of stock or backordered items
Cold Nose Couture will always make every effort to have your selection in stock. Ocassionally, due to high demand, some of our items may be backordered and take 2-5 weeks for delivery. If we are out of stock or back ordered on certain items, we will notify you by e-mail.
